Ok guys if at all this helps someone.......
My old passport had my surname as FNU,Given name as X **Y** Z**
My visa also has the same.
My I94 which i filled out has First name Z **and family name X** Y(only Initial).
When i renewed my passport i had it as
Surname X**
Given name Z** Y**
It was just the way i filled our the application and though they told me the name would be the same as in the previous one they issued based on what i filled up.
All my school records have X.Y.Z**
I had consulted my attorney and she said that USCIS is aware of thie name confusion and as long as all the names are there there should not be any problems.It doesnt matter if they are jumbled.Now even if she was wrong i am not worried at this stage.
I have made up my mind to handle an issue when it comes.Y do we want to confuse with unnecessary fears.Planning ahead is good as long as it gives us peace,but not at the cost of our peace.

WTF..... i'm so damn ticked off now.
Eb3-I has been just hung out to dry.
Everything else keeps progressing. Bullshit obama govt isn't doing squat for the immig reform bill too.
I'm fine with Eb2-I progressing, but shouldn't there be something to move Eb3 too. Its crazy to think that folks in Eb3 with dates of 2002/03 are still waiting while Eb3 folks from 2005 are now current.

Labor substitution was never illegal unless you have purchased it. Hijacking the priority date is incorrect according INA. If you are not feeling pity about the fellow immigrants who suffered injustice (also from India) you are selfish a individual. FYI more than 60% of the 2007 July fiasco were substitutes I am neither IV core nor you (as per Profile). So all these guys can do is to bring this issue to their attention. So they can decide this battle needs to be fought or not.

As for as fighting is concerned you are the one who started the fight calling them jealous. Since you do not have any points you are using such slurs. Please be gracious on such forums. Even if this is successful it will not affect you because your priority date was current when you applied the I-485. It may seem like there are more posts by IV members about EB2 than EB3
That does not mean that IV favors or is concerned about EB2 only.
What is IV ? - it is us ... the members .....
There may be more EB2 related posts and predictions / estimates than EB3 because,
1. The EB2 numbers are a little easier to estimate ....
2. Maybe members affected by EB3 retrogression are not posting many predictions / estimates, as it seems like a hopelessly long wait....
3. There are a few members here that are making their plight seem worse by posting, wild guesses or guesstimates that are gloomy (such as 50k EB2 IN each in 2004 and 2005) ........
4. No one has yet posted a good estimate (not a guess or guesstimate) of the EB3 backlog....
5. It takes a lot of time and patience to dig for reliable data......

I pledge $50 for this effort but I would also like to state that we should think before we move ahead, some items to consider are
- Some one mentioned that we should try to leverage the press to get coverage for the response.
- We should forward the response from USCIS to the president, first lady, ombudsman, Secretary of State etc
- Get an exact understanding of what information would benefit us most and make sure we ask specifically for that
- Try to negotiate a better rate with USCIC ;)

Potatoes, maybe.
But seriously growing your own vegetables is a fun activity. I have not done groceries in the last few months (exceptions being junk fast food, yoghurt etc). We grow vegetables all year round. In fact we have excess of most vegetables we grow. Try it, its a lot of fun!
And good luck to all EB2 and EB3 folks - we've seen good EB2 movement and we hope we'll see more movements in both EB2 and EB3 in the days to come. Till then, Happy gardening!!
